 Firefly Music Festival is Set to Light up the Summer Nights. The Moniaive Festival features a line-up including The Hoolits, Trongate Rum Riots, Greg Lawson and Pete Garnett and Emma Gillespie.

The 39th Dumfries & Galloway Arts Festival takes place between 25 May and 3 June this year and the new programme will be marked on 15th March at the Theatre Royal, Dumfries, with a concert by the Scottish Ensemble and two of Scotland's finest traditional musicians: Chris Stout and Catriona McKay.
