The Collective offers a range of activities, from residential development labs, mentoring schemes, to theatre trips and lots of opportunities for members to create their own performances. It's now looking to add to its fabulous pool of creative talent, with young theatre directors who have a base in Dumfries and Galloway, as well as sound designers, theatre technicians, video designers, set or costume designers who want to work in the professional performing industry, and young performers/actors based locally.
