The fee for this commission is £7,560, with a minimum commitment of 12 days per month over the 6-month period (dates to be negotiated), giving a daily rate of £105. The schedule for payment is subject to negotiation.

Performance Collective Stranraer are throwing their doors open wide...
The Collective offers a range of activities, from residential development labs, mentoring schemes, to theatre trips and lots of opportunities for members to create their own performances.
It's now looking to add to its fabulous pool of creative talent, with young theatre directors who have a base in Dumfries and Galloway, as well as sound designers, theatre technicians, video designers, set or costume designers who want to work in the professional performing industry, and young performers/actors based locally.

Nithraid are seeking applications from artists/teams to create a temporary visual/light-based artwork for this year’s Nithraid River Festival in Dumfries.
The Nithlight commission will be presented in public space, to be experienced from a distance and close up as part of the night-time element of the Nithraid during hours of darkness from 8pm.
