Gracefield Arts Centre, Tuesday 18th September, 1 to 3pm Creative Scotland is coming to Dumfries as part of their VACMA roadshow offering advice on how to improve applications to the Visual Artist & Craft Maker Award (VACMA) scheme. These informal information sessions are designed for visual artists and craft practitioners interested in finding out more about VACMA, a national funding programme of small grants to support visual artists and craft makers in their creative and professional development. At the session, a representative from Upland and Creative Scotland will be available to answer any questions relating to the scheme. There will be a short presentation on the scheme from Creative Scotland and a previous bursary recipient followed by pre-booked 10 minute sessions.
